Concierge AI Privacy Policy

Concierge AI Technologies, Inc. (“Concierge AI,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our platform, website, and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of our Services (“Users”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service (withconcierge.ai/terms).

Information We Collect

We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Information You Provide to Us.

Registration and Profile Information. If you sign up for an account or sign up for notifications or updates, we ask you for your name, email address, and LinkedIn handle. We may also ask you for additional information for your profile, such as your name, job title, and company. If you sign up using a third-party account, we will also receive information from that third party account such as your name, email address, gender, date of birth, profile photo, and friends.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, and the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.

Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address (which we may use to infer your general location), web browser type, operating system version, and device identifiers.

User Content. Users may post and share application templates they have created through our Services publicly.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, your comments, any content you post, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, or other tracking technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services.

C. Information We Receive from Other Sources.

Information from third-party services. If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account, we may receive information about you, including your profile information and your photo, and your use of the third-party account. We may also process some of the information that is stored in these third-party accounts to provide our Services to you, but this processing is at your direction, and we do not use information stored in your third-party accounts for our own purposes. For example, if you create a workflow to pull and summarize unread emails from your third-party account, our Services receive and process those emails to provide you with the requested summary, but we do not use the content of those emails to train our algorithms. If you wish to limit the information available to us, you should visit the privacy settings of your third-party accounts to learn about your options.

Other third parties. We may receive additional information about you, such as job title, company, industry, and network, from third parties such as social networks and data or marketing partners and combine it with other information we have about you.

You can access any settings offered by your mobile operating system to limit ad tracking, or you can install the AppChoices mobile app to learn more about how you may opt out of personalized ads in mobile apps.

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Services.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may transfer your information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets.
